Every moment is a start, every time when you feel like you reached your destination, you actually start again, have you ever given space to yourself to explore your passions, try it out, you will feel you are different.
Starting this website is NOT to be more self descriptive, rather share experiences, views. Probably a space to open yourself, everyone has two identities, ONE - the way you are to others , TWO - the way you are to yourself. “I try finding me in me”.

2. Put on your headphones, play your lovable rocking song - Turn ON complete volume, sing with it
3. Reach the top of the mountain or building - stand and feel the free air for a while and start shouting, ask whatever questions you were about to ask the person whose actions have hurt you, bring whatever you felt is not right, shout to extent that it completely comes out of you - sit there for a while, you will really feel better
In this world of selfishness - freaking out will solve your mental illness
"Everyone runs for a cause, everyone reaches and speaks to you because he/she needs something from you, where are those who is pure and did not expect anything from you but stills reaches to have a conversation"

World at a different perception
Have you ever tried using a mantram (repeating a holy word) to keep you cool, try it out, it will heal everything. Many say what is there in repeating a mantram (repeating of a holy word) several times, just like that.
You don't have to be religious chanting mantras in front of god for hours; all you need to believe in a "Supreme power" and keep your heart clean - the supreme could be Ram, allah, jesus, anyone it could be you believe in. Fine if you are Aethist - you still can say spell your name you believe in.
Try avoiding negative illusions to take over. To keep away from such thoughts, you can engage your mind in many ways.
Once such way is making your mind void and filling it with Mantras.
How is that possible, yes it is, just imagine a clear blue sky, keeping watching it for hours, after a while, it stays in your mind for a while, now start thinking about some names of god or good things that you like and believe in, start repeating the same for a while. Believe it or not, you will go asleep when you try these at earlier stages.
Keep trying, get all your work finished, and so that you don't keep your mind linger on something.
Just sit back and relax and start doing it, then as a next stage, try doing this when you are not involved so much in other things like travelling in a bus, train, or you are waiting for a train in a station.
At one stage, irrespective of what you do, whenever you go idle, your mind will start repeating the mantra.
I should say that it was very difficult for me at the start and still practicing the same.
The one good thing that you should do is select a good mantra (nothing but a good word that you believe in) and start using it as a tool.

I am writing this column because of getting inspired from the eknath easwaran's "Strength in the storm", it was a really a peaceful storm in my mind which cleared all odd thoughts which was lingering my mind

Travel makes your mind fresh, new place, new people, new environment, new air to breathe in…. imagine everything is new.
The key point that we need to keep in mind is "how we travel?"
Travel is not just visiting places as such and returning back. It is more of spending time enjoying the place.
Many go tired after having a long trip, but why do they go tired, it is because they go just to see the places rather than enjoying the place. They reach the place to see it take a few snaps and return back, but that should not be the case, rather it should be such that, you should feel that you are relaxed after being there.
Have you ever tried it that way?
That is what a real travel will give us.
I understand that many have questions that we don’t very often get off time to spend time with our loved ones at a different place.. we are the reasons behind it, we run behind money and loose our strength, charm & we forget to shower on loved ones, when days pass by you see only the money with you and you go together to a hospital to spend your money rather than spending it at a wonderful place.
Our destiny is in our hand! decide it and live it! Money is the most essential part of our living but it doesn't mean it is everything in life...
Imagine the happiness you get when you take your best half on a frozen river walk, she will be thrilled at the same time you guys will never forget such wonderful memorable instances.
Snap them in your heart rather than just hanging it on your hall
Happiness does not come just by taking photos, by visiting places and projecting it to others telling them that we had great time. It is all in spending the time worth it and making the travel more meaningful.
